Golden color with green reflections. Complex and harmonious nose mixing fruity aromas (pear, peach), white flowers and flint stone. The palate is fruity and ripe with a pleasant freshness and tonicity. Final marked by length and supported by minerality.
Perfect with a filet of Saint-Pierre with zucchini or a veal-sauté with cream
The grapes are gently pressed and unbuttoned precisely before being fermented. The juice is cooled for 8 days to develop the aromas, then put in a 228 L barrel for vinification.
The plot of 1.06 ha occupies on the commune of Milly-Lamartine an ideal position, half-hillside (altitude 350 meters), and enjoys exposure to the rising sun.
