Grape variety and "Terroir"
The “terroir” for this wine extends across the entire Burgundy region, with different typical features and originality depending on the zones. The harvest is by hand in openwork crates before the grapes are fully mature. Our Crémant de Bourgogne brut blanc de noirs is made from 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay grapes.
Crémant is a sparkling wine for celebrations. It can be served as an aperitif or with a meal. Ideally, it should be served in a flute. It must be served very cold, between 6 and 8°.Cellar Master
