Grape variety and "Terroir"
The vineyards are located between the plain of Saône and the Mâconnais mountains with exhibitions varying from West to East. The harvest is destemmed then put in
tank, to be heated for 12 to 18 hours depending on the color potential to be extracted. The tank is then cooled to undergo alcoholic fermentation.
Food and wine pairing
Served with Mâconnaise andouillette, charcuterie and terrines or a more family-friendly cuisine such as pork stir-fry or braised beef.
