Bourgogne Pinot Noir Les Préludes

Bourgogne Pinot Noir Les Préludes

Grape varietyPinot Noir

Grape variety and "Terroir"

This wine comes from Pinot Noir grapes, the noble red grape variety from the Burgundy region. Both drinkable and well-structured, this wine reflects the typical characteristics of the grape variety – challenging and sensitive – and of the clay-limestone “terroir”.

Food and wine pairing

Ideally served at 14°, this wine is the perfect companion for roast and grilled meats, a duck casserole, an assortment of cold meats, game terrine and Saint-Marcelin cheese.

« This wine has a brilliant ruby colour with violet hues. Straightforward and expressive, the wine develops aromas of black cherries, blackberries and strawberry jam. Smooth, subtle and thirst-quenching, the flavour in the mouth is of blackcurrants. »
